Director, Brand Marketing, OTT

Condé Nast Entertainment (CNE) is seeking an experienced brand marketing and media specialist to help lead our OTT go-to-market efforts. You will work closely with the Programming, Strategy, Research, and the Operations teams to build both a creative and data driven approach to launching and growing our OTT channels through paid and earned media channels, including social, search, display, email, and content marketing. The role will ultimately lead the creative expression of our brands and series via OTT, but also have the ability to impact both product and programming. Finally, this role will work across multiple brands within the Condé Nast portfolio. This role reports to the SVP, Marketing, Distribution, and New Platforms at CNE.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversee brand and series campaign creative development
• Oversee media planning and buying, including creative and media agency partnerships
• Actively engage in campaign creation, management, and optimization
• Manage overall expenditures, budgets, media placements, etc.
• Work with CNE Research & Strategy teams to develop regular reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with Programming and Strategy teams to deliver campaign performance, audience insights, and programming recommendations
• Contribute to the development of individual platform KPIs and deliver against monthly goals
Required Skills:
• Strong creative sensibility, with the ability to distill clear messaging from nuanced programming
• Media planning and buying, including social, video, display, search and email marketing
• Detail oriented and organized and the desire to work across multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, uncompromising, and a passion for media
