Senior Talent Manager, CNE, The Talent Group
Work for the award-winning branded content studio behind custom solutions for world-renowned clients and Condé Nast brands including Vogue, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Wired and more. The Senior Talent Manager will work with a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. This role plays an integral role in the success of Conde Nast Entertainment by proposing, casting, and signing the right talent for the right projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide on-set talent support when necessary (editorial and digital) to ensure a successful shoot (photo or video)
• Share responsibility with the day-to-day management of talent bookings for Conde Nast “junket system”
• Contribute to the “Talent Opps” email sent to CNE Dev Team, Strategy and Brand EPs to identify potential talent opportunities focusing on TTG Meet & Greets and editorial bookings
• Coordinate with Brand Social Team, CNE PR Team and Talent Representatives to provide any required recommended social language and links to share across platforms
• Work closely with TTG and update CNE on all Editorial Bookings, meet and greets and events that may provide talent opps
• Nurture and further develop relationships with Studios, Networks, Record Labels and Personal Publicists to create awareness of CNE initiatives to increase video opportunities.
• Grasp of pop culture, digital stars, celebrities, influencers, cultural experts, social media stars for all the CN titles.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ booking experience
• Needs to have a strong edit or TV booking background
• Bachelor's degree
• In-depth knowledge about Hollywood, chefs, hoteliers, fashion designers, beauty experts, architects, etc
• Grasp of pop culture, digital stars, celebrities, influencers, cultural experts, social media stars for all the CN titles.
• Should be detail-oriented, resourceful, able to multi-task and make cold-calls
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Proven ability to manage relationships and drive processes
