Description
Managing the Employee Relations function and providing front-line interface with Team Members and/or leaders in interpreting and ensuring consistent policy application, responding to questions or complaints, mediating conflicts, and coaching and counseling to improve relationships and performance. Responsibilities also include, completing investigations and resolving of all Employee Relations issues, and spending a large amount of time on the floor promotion the Open Door Policy and providing one on one contact with Team Members.
Qualifications
Must have HR Generalist experience. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of educations and work experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Prior Labor Relations experience a plus. Bi-lingual a plus.
