Position Overview
We are looking or a dynamic Executive Assistant, who is interested in moving beyond supporting one executive, to supporting multiple leaders within a function. You have strong administrative skills with an interest in evolving your career to focus more on meeting management and light project management responsibilities. You have a lot of initiative and are not afraid of making recommendations to create better ways of working. You have a passion for building productive relationships and believe that a high functioning team is critical to success. You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy complex assignments. In this role, you will report to Sr. Director of HR Business Partners and will support three other HR leaders, all based in SF Bay Area.
Responsibilities
• Support four senior leaders in the Human Resources organization
• Schedule complex meetings
• Plan and coordinate events and meetings on and offsite, including preparation of agenda, meeting materials and logistics
• Play an active role in meetings by taking notes, tracking action items, and gathering data to roll-up for submission
• Manage projects from a coordination and tracking perspective
• Compile and analyze confidential data
• Maintain email aliases, distribution lists and shared directories
• Assist with business travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
Minimum Qualifications
• 4+ years relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Strong detail orientation and solid analytical skills
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and excel
• Experience in a face-paced/dynamic company a plus
