Job Summary:
Seeking a tech- savvy, data-minded, and results-driven Sr. Marketing Database Analyst that will be responsible for all database operation as it pertains to supporting demand generation programs/campaigns including outbound telemarketing, direct mail, email marketing, and customer marketing.
The Sr. Marketing Database Analyst will manage the database function including list preparation, data analysis, and process development that provide accurate and timely support to launch all demand generation programs for acquisition marketing and base management.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare for and conduct outcomes evaluation and data analysis, including documentation and presentation of analysis and modeling results.
• Identify and assist with replication of best practices for planning purposes.
• Maintain and develop database files and records.
• Work in collaboration with demand generation team in the creation and development lists that support their programs/campaigns.
• Track list outputs on a regular basis to ensure list performance to achieve sales goals
• Create necessary database updates to execute targeting campaigns
• Work continuously with database team to enhance/optimize the data models to accelerate information, reporting, and insights while ensuring accuracy
• Provide reporting support including trending and tracking operational metrics and key performance indicators
• Work closely with the sales organization to identify opportunities, challenges, etc. Create and update dialing campaigns, profiles, list strategies and reports.
• Monitor and adjust performance of monthly list strategy to increase right party contact, ensure proper coverage and agent utilization.
• Work closely with Dialer Admins to understand business performance drivers and related activities for each Department.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
• Respond to ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests to provide insight into marketing effectiveness
• Oversee DNC reporting and findings
Core Responsibilities:
• Understands and applies various statistical concepts, research data, standards, and practices.
• Works directly with cross-functional teams and department leadership to create research presentations and summaries.
• Participates in meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed.
• Reviews types and sources of purchased market research data and recommends purchases to Marketing management.
• Coordinates and participates in the generation of regular and special market research or trend reports to management.
• Ensures pertinent market information is translated and dispersed to Marketing Research Department for evaluation.
• Maintains expertise in marketing research and stays current on new developments through contacts with educational institutions, professional organizations, publications, and vendors.
• Makes recommendations based on analysis and findings.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
Additional Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in database management
• Knowledge and experience with auto dialers and manual dialing platforms
• Experience using databases and analytical processes for marketing related analytics
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel
• Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data
• Knowledge of auto-dialer operation/concepts
• Understanding of database-design principles, data structures and optimizations
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Strong time management and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Five 9, SQL, Adobe Campaigns, Tableau, cloud based dialing software, data visualization
