Job Summary
Prepares and processes engineering installation kit orders, and coordinates with installers and freight carries for delivery scheduling, shipment tracking and problem resolution. Will also pick, pack and ship orders as necessary. Maintains all equipment and supplies inventory and will maintain productivity levels utilizing metrics to monitor progress.
Job Description
• Performs daily cycle counts and replenishes stock to the forward pick locations.
• Opens and seals crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers associated with product verification for receiving, inventory and shipping.
• Collects, sorts, stores and distributes materials.
• Processes orders from requisitions and dispenses stock items.
• Maintains all equipment and supply inventory.
• Develops workflow processes.
• Participates in monthly safety and task training.
• Documents all inventory transactions.
• Will maintain established productivity standards, utilizing metrics to monitor progress in all assigned duties
Qualifications
• Previous Warehouse experience is a must
• Computer training and skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook required
• Telecommunications experience a plus
• Familiar with Windows based computer applications.
• Must be familiar with and can work with Excel and Access.
• Must have a certification to drive a fork lift.
• Ability to monitor and work from logical inventory queues.
• Ability to view, reply and store email timely and professionally.
• Capable of identifying parts by part number.
• Ability to perform put away and retrieval functions.
• Familiar with and required to package materials for shipping.
• Ability to perform cycle counting, and other general warehouse work.
• Ability to perform on call and call out functions which may require them to drive to warehouse within 45 minutes on a 24 X 7 rotational basis.
• Required to take monthly safety and task training.
• Ability to help in loading and unloading product and sustain lift load of 75 lbs.
• Must be self motivated and work well with a fast pace team.
• Must be flexible in job tasks.
• Previous experience handling repair and returns is preferred.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
