We are looking for a Supervisor, Media Sciences to join our Los Angeles Mediahub team.

In the role of Supervisor, Media Sciences, you would lead the planning and strategy development, analysis, optimization, and client service, across all direct response and upper funnel programmatic campaigns for the Western Union account. The goals of the campaigns you would own include driving qualified incremental reach, traffic, and leads, to the brand's app and dotcom businesses. Areas of responsibility include programmatic display, mobile, video, and big data. This role has a heavy focus on identifying audience segmentation and targeting opportunities. Key is communicating strategic & tactical
recommendations, as well as, performance results to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4-6 years of media planning/buying experience, including at least 3 years focused on digital.
• Experience creating and selling media programs.
• Ability to articulate strategic foundation for their development.
• Strong negotiator and advanced numeracy skills.
• Proven leadership skills and management experience.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of DCM, Sizmek, Prisma, Comscore, MRI, Donovan, Google Adwords, comfortable with social media self-serve platforms, Kochava (ideal but not required).
