Job Summary:
iHeartMedia is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our HR Services team. This person will play a key role in assisting the entire organization through our recruiting and hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have a general understanding of talent acquisition processes, including applicant tracking and background check procedures . The successful candidate will interact with internal business partners and leaders at all levels of the company. Additionally, the candidate will support any system updates and changes through validation testing as well as identifying solutions to common user’s requests for assistance.
Responsibilities:
• Front line recruitment process resource to recruiters and hiring managers
• Seek opportunities to automate and continuously improve business processes
• Manage job requisition workflow and approvals process
• Provide support, training and direction to system users
• Manage background check process with vendor and resolve any escalated background check issues
• Partner with HRIS to identify and resolve any technical issues impacting recruiting processes or data management
• Participate in the development of the Talent Acquisition roadmap
• Main contact for Talent Acquisition calls escalated from the HR helpdesk
• Manage content on career sites job requisitions, offer letters and candidate communication templates
Required Experience:
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, FCC, OFCCP Compliance, and reporting a plus
• Self-motivated, including strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing requirements
• Acts with sense of urgency and drives issues through completion with a positive attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Results oriented with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
• Critical thinking skills and an innovative, problem-solving mind-set
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Proficient with core Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Qualifications:
• BS / BA Degree preferred
• 2 years of previous HR experience or equivalent of combined education and experience
• Workday HCM experience preferred
