Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a Product Manager with experience with 360 customer data and supporting customer journey orchestration. A Product Manager with transferrable skills and experience in managing Marketing and/or core business data back-office business capabilities will be an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities
• Championing the vision and objectives around the Customer Profile business capabilities
• Strategic leadership around the continuous evolution and maturation of our Customer Data Platform and the services provided based on the changing business needs and industry trends
• Empowering the vision of the Marketing, Sales, Support, and User Experience teams at Autodesk by iteratively growing our systems to supply the data that they depend on
• Ensuring the work being done fits within the vision and is prioritized to maximize the value delivered to the business
• Collaboration with business owners and executive stakeholders across the enterprise to identify opportunities and align requirements
• Research and business analysis related to upcoming initiatives
• Influence the prioritization of the team roadmap based on the needs of the business and benefit to customers
• Inspire the development teams from the perspective of the consumer
• Work closely with engineering managers, technical leads, product owners, and key stakeholders to drive project planning and execution of complex enterprise software development projects
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and unknowns
• Clear communication to executive stakeholders, using spoken, written, and visual mediums
Minimum Qualifications
• 5-8 years of previous Product Manager, Agile Product Owner, Business Owner, or Business Analyst experience
• Previous experience managing Marketing and/or core business data systems
• Experience with customer journey mapping
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements to maintenance
• Strong technical background and ability to understand complex product functionality, design and technical issues, in order to drive the right priorities, trade-offs, and resolutions
• Previous experience providing strategy or managing enterprise scale data management systems
• Ability to adapt to change
• Strong Business Acumen
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written) and the ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous work experience collaborating with a highly functional Scrum team
• Previous consulting experience
• Experience with common Product/Project Management tools (Aha!, JIRA)
