Job Description
Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005 and was once again named the best resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2018 “Gold List,” a title received for the tenth time. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.
Interactive Marketing is responsible for ensuring that Wynn Resorts is on the minds of many, this department is responsible for Marketing our Brand via social media and mobile marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
*Hands-on management of multiple online advertising media campaigns across all resort and nightlife venues. Inclusive of managing external media publisher communication and bugets.
*Mandatory senior level experience in buying and planning media inclusive of SEM, programmatic, and mobile advertising.
*Must have proven experience in placing and managing paid social media advertising. Blueprint certification for planning and buying is required. Proficiency in planning and buying for Snap, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest is also required.
*Prior experience with executing digital media plans and creative fulfillment.
*Developing and managing work streams for generating all digital assets for all digital advertising programs.
*Develop and manage all data initiatives for social, email and digital marketing.
*Performance management reporting; must be knowledgeable of website analytics tools such Google Analytics, and provide sales reports and insights.
*Assist department analyst with producing media reports
*Manage multiple internal communication points of contact, and assist with the management of external partners.
*Will work in support of department team leader and resort division heads to support all department initiatives.
Job Requirements
• 4+ years of direct experience in ecommerce, digital advertising, marketing, and large staff integration is a plus.
• College degree with concentration in business, marketing, or digital marketing.
*Previous digital agency or fast paced marketing driven environment is preferred.
*Must be articulate, highly organized and proactive, with documented success working under tight deadlines.
*Must demonstrate project management proficiency, the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency using the internet as a research tool, and an understanding of basic marketing principles and ad composition.
*Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe products
*Must be 21 years of age or older.
