The Product Team drives the evolution of the machineQ platform from how clients interact with us, how we present our services to the general public, up to customizing our own sensor hardware. We critically assess the structure, operations, and business models of potential customers across various industries, and work diligently to understand how our solutions can help organizations based on their specific needs.
Core Responsibilities:
• Works closely with sales, marketing and product marketing teams to create digital and non-digital programs that drive brand awareness, but with specific focus on demand and lead generation as well as supports for sales forecasting.
• Owns lead generation with sales to manage top to bottom sales funnel activities leveraging marketing automation system to refine and qualify leads (specifically using Salesforce and Pardot systems) on a daily basis. Includes; email campaigns, newsletters, drip marketing, nurture marketing (email marketing, social media, paid internet advertising, PR, and event marketing) and other programs to generate leads and move them to qualified sales prospects.
• Understands the technical content, manages and drives the appropriate content across all channels to achieve sales goals.
• Highly metrics oriented, focused on developing and maintaining a valued funnel of sales opportunities, but also eager to explore and test options and alternate channels (digital and non-digital) to actively supplement core funnel activities with input from marketing, product marketing and sales.
• Supports product marketing to provide inputs and deliver compelling sales enablement programs via all channels across all verticals.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Manages Marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
• Consults with Marketing/Sales to identify, define, size, and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities.
• Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and monitors customer feedback channels in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes, and issues.
• Oversees the development and maintenance of the demographic and other market data as needed in order to support Marketing goals.
• Works to engage stakeholders in both the development and launch of marketing plans.
• Maintains and improves ongoing Marketing programs, analyses, and reports.
• Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimally requires 5-8 years of Business-to-Business marketing experience.
• Expert with digital marketing programs and tactics, including search/optimization (SEO), Google AdWords, Google Analytics, paid search, social and paid social programs.
• In-depth experience with campaign marketing and metrics.
• Highly proficient with Salesforce and Pardot.
• Proven marketer to Enterprise IT and ISV audiences that successfully has created brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation (digital and non-digital), etc.
• Experience creating KPIs to track successes of marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability in developing innovative marketing solutions to drive results. .
• Experience or strong interest in the technology industry. Technology industry experience in IoT and/or Enterprise mobility and solutions is a plus.
