Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Be a part of a winning team by joining WMAZ-TV, a TEGNA company. We’re looking for a driven, talented individual who will work closely with our Account Executives to provide outstanding fulfillment for our advertiser’s campaigns on television and digital.
In this role, you will:
• Maintain and manages fulfillment on all aspects post sale on new and existing business.
• Seek opportunities to collaborate on maximizing each account through depth of relationship and a clear understanding of the clients’ needs and goals
• Provide an optimal customer experience by delivering the campaigns sold.
• Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ objectives and their category of business as well as extensive knowledge of our company’s multimedia solutions to expand all opportunities.
• Interact daily with direct and agency clients closed by the Account Executives.
• Daily interaction with retained and new clients for maintenance of schedules, special projects, promotions or custom campaigns created.
• Responsible for the post-sale execution of maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, production, makegoods, collections and overall customer experience. Regular tracking and communication of client deliverables and fulfillment.
• Offer ideas for expanding client solutions, offerings or insights both internally and externally
• Adept at identifying new opportunities and ideas for existing clients in the course of delivering on client needs and expectations. Collaborate with Account Executive on future presentation strategies to existing clients.
• All other tasks/assignments/duties requested by management.
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of account service in a professional, fast paced environment.
• College Degree preferred.
• Ability to work effectively and independently as part of a team.
• Ability to effectively communicate directly with clients.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects under deadline pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and extremely computer literate.
• Ability to effectively solve problems.
• Must be detail oriented and able to hit deadlines.
• Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving history, as well as reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
