Job Description
General Responsibilities
: Maintain accurate cash control and provide administrative support.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Obtain and monitor daily bank balances.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Download and distribute billing reports.
• Prepare weekly bank deposits.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Record all cash collections on the general ledger.
• Provide administrative and clerical support.
• Other duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or some college is preferred.
• 1 + year(s) of administrative or office-related experience.
• Efficient typing and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
