JOB DESCRIPTION
: Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, the HR Analyst is responsible for the oversight of the HRIS systems, reporting and analysis, performance management, regulatory reporting and compliance, compensation, and other department projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and maintain Ultipro system including system updates, mass data changes, security administration, escalated problem resolution, and end user training
• Create routine and ad hoc reports and queries for Human Resources, management, and other departments
• Analyze complex data, compensation, and turnover metrics to identify areas of concerns/trends and recommend solutions to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, government requirements and employment laws such as FLSA, AAP, EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.
• Oversee annual HR processes including performance management, merit increases, service awards, scholarships, etc.
• Work closely with HR Team including but not limited to HR Management, Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Training as well as other departments: Payroll, IT, Accounting and the Data Warehouse in support of business initiatives and/or processes.
• Assists employees and managers with general human resource questions and needs.
• Completes other duties as assigned and requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of one to three years’ experience in an HR role with HRIS responsibilities.
• BA degree preferably in Business or Human Resources.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with management personnel.
• Experience in telecommunications industry preferred
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS (Ultipro, Taleo).
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills.
• Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Occasional overnight travel required.
• Practice good judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
