JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Sports Arizona is searching for a Production Administrator to join their team in Phoenix. The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Production Operations and Crewing departments. Duties include assisting the production department by completing event books, data entry for employee time cards, credential requests, and the dissemination of event information such as event tech books, crew lists, call times, and parking information to the production staff.
Responsibilities
• Works closely with the Operations Department by creating event books for live remote events
• Assists with credential requests and the dissemination of event information for production staff
• Creates and updates various department spreadsheets in MS Excel.
• Tracks production costs for remote events
• Coordinates shipping of documents and/or equipment via UPS or SOS Global Shipping
• May assist with the pick up or delivery of equipment and supplies via company vehicle
• May assist with the scheduling of transmission and other necessary resources
• Data entry for employee time cards in FACTS (a Fox proprietary program) for event payroll
Qualifications
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years executive assistant or administrative experience is necessary, previous production experience preferred
• Pleasant and professional telephone and personal demeanor is necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills are required
• Task oriented / Detail Oriented / Problem solver
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required
