We’re looking for an HR Systems Administrator for our New York office. This person would to take on a role that’s both strategic and hands-on. Successful candidates will have a solid HR systems background, strong communication skills, and be eager to help elevate the HR systems function within a growing organization.
What you'll do:
• Supports all enterprise HR systems (internal and external of the company).
• Responsible for all HR reporting needs/queries of the company using appropriate reporting tools. Develops standard/canned reports for ongoing organizational/department needs. Writes custom queries and scripts to fetch custom data from database.
• Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to position.
• Identifies, implements and integrates processes within the various HR, Payroll, Benefit and the HRIS to ensure efficiency of operations.
• Researches when and how to upgrade system to meet changing user and organizational needs.
• Designs and implement annual Open Enrollment and ongoing benefits changes modules. Set up self-service enrollment profiles for employees and maintain accuracy of the data flow. Completes data transfers, and carrier connections after open-enrollment.
• Maintains Time and Attendance system; partners with payroll to ensure salary data is accurate, timely, and processed consistently across the company.
• Implements and sets up annually ADP’s compensation module for performance, merit increase and bonus process.
What you'll need:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years HRIS experience including integrations between various external and internal HR/Benefit/Payroll systems.
• Expert level MS Excel knowledge. Relational or SQL database experience, and ability to run SQL queries and scripts independently.
• Strong payroll work experience, advanced HR & employee benefits knowledge/experience. Global systems experience a strong plus.
• Strong experience in implementing new HR systems, transitions and integrations, including mass updates.
• Experience with at least one other non-ADP cloud-based HCM application.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining GLs in line with global chart of accounts.
• Experience conducting systems compliance tests, as well as HR compliance tests and audits.
• Experience with at least one non-ADP LMS & Performance management system a plus.
• Administration of employee benefit platforms of carriers, and 3rd party administrators for FSA, Commuter Benefits
• M&A experience & integrations a huge plus
