Grey Midwest seeks an Account Supervisor who is a relationship builder and a thought leader who achieves growth on existing accounts and ensures world class work. You are a cross-functional team leader that manages the internal Account Executive team strategically, diligently and with flexibility. The Account Supervisor is digitally savvy and possesses outstanding problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, build appropriate strategies, and identify and implement products to help achieve client goals to build top-line revenue.
• Act as the agency’s expert on a given client and business category.
• Offer insights based on marketing and industry expertise while learning the client’s organization and decision-making process.
• Represent the client internally, partnering with Project Management to ensure successful execution while delivering results that meet or exceed objectives.
• Mentor and train Account Executives and Associate Account Executives to ensure they are performing their duties in a satisfactory manner.
• Seek new business opportunities and find opportunities for innovation on current accounts.
• Own the cash flow management process, accurately forecasting revenue and business staffing needs.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of client management experience in interactive marketing or advertising agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising or Marketing. Master’s degree is a plus.
• eCommerce, brand, social, and/or shopper experience is a must.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
• Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organization.
• Experience in Internet businesses and client management.
