Position Overview
Autodesk’s Customer Experience (CX) Analytics team is looking for a passionate and driven Business Analyst with proven experience driving organizational change through rigorous data analysis. This role will perform deep data mining and statistical analysis of Autodesk’s online support forums and will partner with internal business stakeholders to develop and refine key success measures to drive program efficiency. They will play a significant role in shaping a customer-focused and data-driven culture.

Responsibilities
• Develop measurement approaches for evaluating the success of Autodesk support forums
• Perform deep dive analyses to understand trends, anomalies and insights that will drive operational improvements
• Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations that accurately outline problem statements and provide actionable and unbiased intelligence and recommendations
• Proactively identify areas in which analytics efforts can drive operational improvements and business value
• Independently build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Manager/Director level
• Translatebusiness objectives into functional data requirements and balance them with technical feasibility, recommending changes in development, maintenance and platform standards as necessary
• Proactively manage and set stakeholder expectations on project roadmaps, resourcing, timelines and deliverables
• Spearhead the development of insight-driven tools & dashboards and provide ongoing support regarding functionality and data-integrity
Minimum Qualifications
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced modeling, creating charts/graphs) and Powerpoint
• Experience with BI development and database systems such as PowerBI, Looker and Tableau
• Experience with scripting languages such as R, Python or equivalent
• Proficiency using SQL to query large data sets
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Experience with Lithium Social Intelligence
