Overview
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to the organization by analyzing, maintaining and cleansing data from various sources, including Deal Configurator, CPM and the Commission System.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Perform data analysis with regard to business requests and develop rules/methodologies for effective data management
• Extract, analyze, massage, cleanse and update data from Deal Configurator, CPM and the Commission System and any other systems as needed
• Collect and collate appropriate data for usage in benchmarking, reporting analysis, and prioritization
• Participate in ongoing decisions concerning data collections, methodology, best practices for ensuring accurate and clean data
• Effectively creates/runs reports and performs data extracts as requested by the business in a timely manner
• Analyze data with standard statistical methods, interpret results and present results to company management as requested
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-7 years relevant business experience
• Marketing, Finance, or Sales experience preferred
• Must be Proficient/Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Must have proficient SQL skills or equivalent in extracting data
• Must be proficient in data extract, mapping, interpretation and analysis
• Must possess experience in data warehousing
• Must possess solid communication skills
• Experience with SharePoint a plus
• May travel up to 10%
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary
