Entercom Communication Corp’s Radio.com team is seeking an Associate Social Media Editor who will report to the Editorial Director. The Associate Social Media Editor is responsible for executing on all social media platforms for radio.com, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. S/he will pitch ideas to the site editors, attend editorial strategy meetings, and may occasionally write for the site, as needed to support social. S/he will program, write, and execute on social platforms and work closely with the Audience Development lead to monitor analytics and help the site reach its goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Curate the brand's presence across all platforms
• Help grow the brand's social media followers and referrals to our website
• Create, produce, and optimize content for use across social platforms
• Be up for any project, from writing photo captions to resizing images and producing galleries
• Brainstorm and execute innovative new social strategies, test new platforms, and expand social monetization opportunities
Qualifications:
• Editorial and writing experience in news
• At least 2-3 years’ experience within social media
• Stellar communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a team mentality
