You’ll contribute to Bose’s Consumer Electronics business, supporting our Category Management and Partnership teams. Essential Job Requirements:
Provide high performing administrative services to the select leaders and teams within the organization by being highly responsive, effective, flexible, and accountable. This individual demonstrates their vast and deep knowledge for the administrative systems involved in providing daily administrative support to the organization and its leaders. Expert knowledge and processing of tasks involved with calendar management and meeting coordination. Ability to manage high volumes of other tasks, like procurement, time administration, contract facilitations, non-disclosure agreements, travel booking and coordination, timely expense report submissions, employee onboarding, facilities requests, space planning, distribution list management, and internal and external communication representing the organization are required. The ideal candidate can take initiative to champion the organization’s abilities to accomplish its objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, plan travel and prepare expense reports for the leadership team.
Assist with internal communications– suitable for a wide ranging audience - , from a napkin sketch and brief conversations to polished presentation.
Prepare visas and plan occasional international travel for the team.
Manage new-hire on-boarding process.
As needed, assist with space planning
Manage department purchasing (supplies, competitive products, etc).
Coordinate department wide meetings, events and outings.
Coordinate product loaner and sample distribution for emerging businesses
Foster socially-minded activities that build community and yield high job satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with executives
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Office suite and SharePoint
Solid understanding of how to process tasks through corporate tools such as SAP, Workday, Ariba, or other enterprise software.
Demonstrated previous experience as a high functioning administrator
