Position Overview
Hey Denver! We are looking for a qualified Sales Help Specialist to join our Downtown Denver team! (Across from Union Station) This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our sales processes and Autodesk’s future success.
In this role, you will actively be involved in developing, executing, supporting, and/or reviewing the sales business strategy and sales operations to ensure goals and objectives are met. You will provide support to sales representatives in Denver and across North America including Canada and Latin America. If you are bilingual English/Spanish and or Portuguese that is a bonus!
You will provide strategic advisory services and support to maximize the Sales Teams (your customer) return on investment in their Autodesk solutions. You will be able to utilize your combination of industry knowledge, business strategy expertise, product knowledge and account management experience to help sales and our partners to operate more quickly and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. In addition, you will Prioritize operation schedules and reviews and streamlines business processes. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Responsibilities
• Respond to and resolve internal or partner inquiries pertaining to applicable business systems and operations
• Collect information regarding status of action items, maintain high-level project schedule, raise potential issues with program manager; suggest and implement solutions as needed
• Drive adoption of tools and continuously solicit feedback for improvement
• Analyze a variety of data and develop action plans for consideration to address deficiencies. Develop reports to measure the activities and effectiveness of the business function and gauge business trends
• Work with key stakeholders and initiate action to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes
• Contribute to definition of system requirements and testing and work with internal groups and external vendors on delivery and validation of technology
• Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of programs/projects and supporting systems
• Contribute to project strategy, design, development, and successful implementation
Minimum Qualifications
• BA, BS, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years sales/support or similar experience
• 1+ years CRM Salesforce experience (power user)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
• You have a strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to role-up your sleeves.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done.
• Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
• Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, Apttus
• Languages: Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience deploying technology or services with large enterprise or global customers and the desire for continuous learning and growth
• You are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peers
• Languages (In addition to English): Spanish and/or Portuguese (oral/writing)
