CUMULUS MEDIA | San Francisco, CA is searching for a KGO/KSFO Program Coordinator.We are seeking an experienced radio producer to maintain accurate and complete schedule of the personnel and programs of our stations. You will report to the Program Director of KGO/KSFO and deal with a wide variety of additional responsibilities in the programming department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and compile schedules of on-air programs, talent and support personnel. Adjusting these schedules as needed, often at the last minute to insure our complete staffing
• Recruit and coordinate the training of new board operators, call screeners and producers for the stations
• Support the production department in completing commercial and promotional projects
• Complete special programming assignments and other administrative duties required by the stations under the guidance of the Program Director
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a producer, board operator or call screener in news, sports or talk radio format. Previous scheduling experience would be a significant factor in our final decision
• Above average skills in audio production and editing software
• Familiarity with MS Office Applications
• Experience with News Boss or similar newsroom software
• Experience with the effects of complex labor and personnel agreements in the scheduling process
