Distribion (www.distribion.com) is a leading provider of web-based software that allows distributed marketing organizations to more efficiently manage and measure marketing communications across channels. Distribion's Distributed Marketing Platform is deployed in over 200 companies globally representing over 200,000 users. Distribion is currently seeking to add a qualified Vice President of Sales and Accounts to its rapidly growing employee base. Reporting to the COO, this role will serve on the management team and provide a mixture of strategic guidance and hands-on management to ensure the organization meets and exceeds revenue goals. Direct reports include sales, account management, technical support, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit, build, and inspire highly performing sales and account teams while fostering a culture of proactivity, teamwork, problem solving, and innovation.
• Quickly become familiar with Distribion’s tools and services and act as a liaison between clients/prospects and the product development team.
• Own annual revenue goals, establish plans to meet goals, and drive sales growth through effective weekly pipeline management.
• Manage account relationships and cultivate account growth through strategic guidance of clients. Perform monthly and quarterly reviews of client satisfaction and provide managerial oversight of accounts. Establish and monitor KPI’s for client success.
• Manage marketing campaigns and budget, ensuring marketing functions are optimized to drive conversions.
• Oversee client billables and execute managed services and implementations engagements to completion within specified budget and timeframe
• Ensure technical support inquiries are addressed within the SLA’s.
