The VP of Strategy and Client Success will serve as THE epicenter for client activity, applying the right mix of products, solutions and strategies to maximize client growth and success. This position will have strategic and operational responsibilities for our Client Services division and partner with Sales and Operations to build strategies to generate new and continued account revenue growth.
The VP of Strategy and Client Success will have a strong foundation in multi-channel digital marketing with a passion for customer success. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable presenting to senior clients and diving deep into the details of a tactical marketing plan. This strategic leadership position reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer.You must have excellent leadership, management and motivational skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for account management including customer success and account profitability
• Lead a world-class Client Services team to manage account health and development aligned with customer marketing goals
• Manage client implementation and ongoing measurement/optimization of client marketing plans
• Responsible for client performance, maintain status report as demonstration of this and for client and internal management effectiveness
• Create and maintain strong client relationships by attending client meetings and maintaining regular contact
• Support Sales in building strategies to generate new and continued revenue growth
• Supervise, train and develop staff, including managing workload, delegating responsibilities and checking work for accuracy, performance management
• Shared leadership role with sales and operations leadership in complete agency management and marketing planning process, including new product development, positioning concepts, segmentation, marketing planning, creative execution, message distribution, measurement, and optimization
• Work with internal & external teams to ensure that strategic initiatives and communications plans are implemented properly; deliver critical leadership in helping others on the team understand how strategies and plans influence account performance and ensure output is aligned with the customer business goals
• Participating on and provide content for industry panels and internal content marketing
