Job Summary
The Lead Analyst position is responsible for achieving the goals of complex, interdepartmental projects with strategic importance. The Lead Analyst will apply advanced principles, theories and concepts in support of short and long term strategic projects, planning, and reporting development. This position will partner with multiple business units, and will have significant latitude in determining and executing objectives and approaches to critical assignments. This position will require financial acumen, as well as strong data analysis and presentation skills.
Job Description
• Evaluate and resolve complex and unique issues requiring in-depth data analysis to identify trends and generate solutions to business problems.
• Create, analyze and review high level and detailed business requirements using expert knowledge and business acumen.
• Lead system change initiatives; research and develop business cases while coordinating and influencing executive approval of benefits.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education with 6+ years of experience.
• Strong data and financial analysis including knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to command authority naturally.
• Ability to carry a heavy work load with multiple projects while continuing to meet objectives.
• Strength to use independent judgment to accomplish corporate-aligned objectives.
• Ability and confidence to work with minimal guidance toward the achievement of long rang goals.
• Telecom product knowledge, especially on data products a plus.
