Overview and Responsibilities
Assist the Paramount Home Media Distribution team in its management of the Walmart North American business. The North American sales office, located in Rogers, Arkansas, supports Walmart U.S., Canada, eCommerce, and Vudu.
Assist the Sales Department in Sales Support functions and have a fundamental understanding of the sales process as well as Paramount Home Media Distribution (PHMD) and customer systems.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist the Business Managers to fulfill responsibilities for customer business management.
• Update specific client reports such as sales tracking, pricing reports, new item tracking, and special business initiative tracking.
• Work with the internal PHMD internal constituents in preparing pre and post promotion analysis.
• Under the direction of Business Manager will coordinate activities to meet the administrative requirements of the customer.
• Assist Business Manager in preparing for sales pitch meetings.
• Assist Business Manager in maintaining all relevant product data, forecasting, and other systems and tools.
Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of prior experience with data entry preferred.
• Must have prior experience utilizing MS suite of office tools with a high level of Excel proficiency.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Must demonstrate good problem-solving ability and initiative in finding workable solutions to complex problems affecting multiple users of shared data.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
