Business Development Executive- Informa | Atlanta, GA
We are in search of a “Presidents Club” award winning Business Development Executive join the inside sales team for EquipmentWatch, the leading data and intelligence business with over 5,000 customers, serving the $200 billion heavy equipment market. This role will spearhead sales of our new software platform aimed at streamlining a key workflow in construction project management.
Job Responsibilities
• Primarily focused on consultatively/strategically selling our Newest software platform for Project Management across North America
• Prospects and develops relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business by both inbound leads and outbound telephone calls
• Presents detailed sales proposals to potential clients via online product demonstrations
• Conducts ongoing competitive market and industry analysis. Identifies marketplace trends and potential product development avenues to produce revenue growth
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow-up activities
• Reports to Managing Director of Sales
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3+ years of relevant sales experience
• Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Proven track record in closing sales and achieving overall sales goals thru development and winning new business practices
• Must be customer focused and highly responsive
• Experience working in fast-paced sales environment
• Strong computer skills to include MS Office and CRM software
