Job Description:
To facilitate the input and output/payment of all invoices. To provide customer service/information to external vendors and internal employees on said invoices.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• 40% - invoice input
• 30% - customer service/answering emails
• 20% - reconciliation/research
• 10% - dispersion of payments/checks
Supervisory Responsibilities
None
Knowledge and Skills Required
College degree, preferably in the area of economics, accounting, or mathematics. Attentive to Detail. Organized. Collaborative. Articulate. Conscientious. Thorough. Intuitive. Can conduct research and draw conclusions from that investigation. Good interpersonal skills/good customer service.
