Job Description

We have a large backlog of ideas gathered from our end users, internal stakeholders and leadership. Prioritizing them requires a resource who can quickly use data to triage ideas and identify the best candidates for implementation. In this role, you will also be responsible for owning key feature sets as well as entire products. Join us!
Responsibilities:
• Produce business cases for new products, features and functionality so that leadership can make the best decisions to meet strategic objectives.
• Maintain, manage and evaluate 3rd-party vendors.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for one or more lines of business on various projects.
• Analyze past product, feature and vendor performance so that leadership can feed over-performers and starve underperformers.
• Evaluate user business problems and develop system recommendations to meet requirements.
• Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for business application development.
• Interview end users to obtain and document the detailed business requirements for projects
• Provide training and rollout support for new functionality.
• Assist with test plans and user acceptance testing prior to release.
• Develop outcome metrics associated with development projects to measure effectiveness and business value.
Job Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience, preferably with publishers and advertising agencies.
• MBA; recent graduates and MBA candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working on Agile enabled teams preferred.
• Demonstrated use of data to solve business problems a must.
• High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Composed, poised and professional demeanor
