JOB SUMMARY
This job is responsible for development and implementation of strategic recruitment and staffing programs in support of Customer Operations. Responsible for managing recruitment processes across the function to ensure the best possible candidate experience. Troubleshoots day-to-day issues associated with aging requisitions, and manages escalated issues with hiring managers. Works with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs, and implements improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection. Ensures compliance with EEO, FCC and APP requirements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designs and implements metrics that evaluate all talent acquisition programs and initiatives across the assigned recruiting function
Create audit cadence to ensure appropriate records and metrics covering recruitment and hiring activity are maintained
Analyze recruiting data and results, compares strategy and targets, and communicates status to determine and implement results into an action plan
Demonstrate diversity awareness and ensure recruiters utilize sourcing techniques to reach diverse populations. Ensure consistent outreach for underutilized roles and measure progress as identified in the local affirmative action plan
Evaluate recruiting and outreach efforts to assess effectiveness and continually improve quality of talent entering the organization
Manage all aspects of the full life-cycle recruitment process – including process evaluation and improvements, compliance and training
Implements diversity recruitment strategies and participates in applicable national and industry recruiting conferences
Provides leadership guidance and oversight to our screening and selection processes in evaluating potential candidates
Manage aging requisitions by analyzing and troubleshooting solutions. Proactively report issues and solutions to the Sr. Dir, Recruiting
Manages recruiting projects as assigned from design through delivery
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws related to employment
Source, recruit, screen, select, interview and evaluate potential candidates as needed
Perform other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expert knowledge of staffing and employment practices
Working knowledge of market compensation trends
Ability to supervise the work of others
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization
Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Related Work Experience
6+ years Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Operations Experience in a corporate setting
3+ years Management experience preferred
