Introduction

Currently we are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to act as an internal/external client ambassador for some of the best and most exciting brands in the industry. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for conceiving, managing and executing digital and other marketing initiatives, including management of all programs and associated revenue pre- and post-sale. This includes oversight of marketing proposals and related media plans, campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, program retention and renewal.
Accountabilities
How you will contribute:
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for The Economist clients, external and internal stakeholders on assigned programs
• Assist in the development of creative and impactful marketing ideas, leveraging The Economist’s content and product offerings
• Facilitate and oversee programs, along with the sales counterpart, throughout the execution phase to ensure quality of execution and program success working with internal stakeholders throughout The Economist media businesses across the world
• Coordinate the execution of custom content creation, event integration and social media program execution across the company, for relevant programs
• Produce digital components of programs, such as microsites and media units, on time and on budget
• Track overall campaign performance, working with relevant internal teams, to ensure campaign is meeting the client’s KPIs
• Assist in the creation of RFP responses and presentations that outline integrated opportunities alongside internal teams
• Envision new ways for advertisers to connect with our consumers via digital and ad products, content programs, social channels and more, that meet their brand objectives
Experience, skills and professional attributes
The ideal skills for this role are:
• A 4-year degree required; marketing or business degree preferred
• Client management experience including digital production and project management experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influential written and verbal communication skills; ability to quickly build trusted relationships usually by telephone or email
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally; ability to exercise judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, milestones, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
• Interest in working with a small, agile and dynamic team within a larger, globally-minded brand
• Strong creative, analytical, time management and strategic problem solving skills
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills
• Positive and confident disposition when responding to frequent deadlines for multiple customers (internal and external)
• High degree of proficiency in Google Slides, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Be able to think strategically and act tactically; willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
• Agency experience is a plus
