As a Senior Digital Account Director at Belo + Company you are the owner of customer success. You’ll spearhead strategy development, ensure world-class execution and deliver ever-improving service across a dedicated client portfolio. Day to day, your role includes:
• Partnering with clients to develop their goals and digital marketing strategies, adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results from the whole agency team
• Displaying powerful presentation skills that invite participation and effect desired outcomes
• Serving as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the agency externally – and acting as the trusted voice of the customer by bringing insights into strategy
• Leading cross-capability teams to deliver world-class results and service
• Organizes, plans, and works with fulfillment team to execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from conception through implementation
• Ensure overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate execution of digital marketing campaigns/projects and frequent status communications
• Acting as mentor and trusted advisor to team members
• Using analysis to drive decisions (as opposed to taking orders) in a way that yields sustained, measurable results
• Maintain sustainable, long-term client relationships by mitigating risk and ensuring account profitability
• Partnering with Senior Leadership to set growth goals and provide ongoing account and portfolio health reports including accurate forecasting, financial reporting, project budgets, and monthly invoicing
