General Responsibilities:
Supervisory activities will include daily application of organizational policies and procedures, immediate supervision of representatives, recommending operational improvements, assigning tasks, goals and objectives, hiring, and performance planning management.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the daily supervision and administration of call center sales team. This includes acquisition of residential accounts and upgrades of services.
• Train, coach, monitor, and reward call center sales representatives on various marketing campaigns to achieve projected sales and other goals.
• Insure timely responses to all customer inquiries that result in excellent customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives
• Provide ongoing coaching and development of personnel engaged in inbound sales transactions
• Responsible for accuracy of payroll/commissions/bonus payouts.
• Track and analyze individual and departmental performance to maximize performance in residential sales area.
• Partners with departments within the organization to ensure positive working relationships and effective communication, resulting in employees being informed and educated about critical information and strategy needed to be successful in their role.
• Responsible for providing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing departmental activity and performance as requested by the Department Manager.
• Conducts real-time phone monitoring and coaching to service Sr. CSSA’s in order to maintain required service levels, provides immediate feedback to associates to enhance call quality, increase productivity levels and ensure exceptional service is being offered.
• Accountable for hiring, attendance, evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Facilitates positive employee relations by fostering an environment of open communication, approachability, and fair and consistent treatment of employees.
• Perform all other duties as required or directed.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in cable or related field, preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in cable or related field.
• Working knowledge of PC Based word processing and spreadsheet programs, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• CSG knowledge a must.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills required.
• Candidate must possess excellent written and oral skills.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
