Overview

Canon Solutions America Order Management Representatives I are entry level employees responsible for reviewing orders in detail, and alerting the various departments of any required corrections. Responsibilities
• Retrieve and Review all Equipment orders for contract Compliance.
• Work with various departments to resolve order issues.
• SOM upload and or manual entry of actual order.
• Alert various departments of unique requirements.
• Under direction, manage orders to completion and follow up with various departments. Each order has quality assurance and data integrity checks that must match the expected results so the correct revenue and commissions are calculated.
• Work with Sales and Incentive Compensation on Invoiced orders.
• Follow and understand Sales Policy and Procedures.
• Work with CFS on Collection or Funding of all CFS Leasing orders.
• Complete over 100 orders per month.
• Book orders from a scan status with 4 hours.
• Limit correction to orders that are OM errors, a total of 10 monthly(limit C/R).
Qualifications
• Minimum HS or equivalent required
• AS degree or college education preferred in the area of Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years equivalent experience in order management
• Show initiative and utilize good judgment and knowledge to make sound decisions, after considering relevant factors and evaluating probable outcome to processing orders
• Be productive, efficient and accurate in processing orders under pressure
• Be detailed oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Excel and ERP operating system (Oracle preferred)
• Work under close supervision
