Description
Looking for a part-time / full-time assistant to help me with the business , marketing and research end of art.
I'm an interdisciplinary artist, currently working on something between Painting and Sculpture (wall-sculptures) as well as free-standing objects. My focus is on the beauty of the simple organic interactions / reactions. The current medium of choice is beeswax.
Ideally looking for someone with experience in:
*public art projects (finding, creative application of concept to the theme)
*art proposal writing (solid art writing skills)
*fabrication research (researching new technology to create large scale installations)
*Presentation creation (graphic design skills and knowledge of common software - photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat )
*Basic Image editing skills (image size, color space, editing, photoshop)
*Photography/ documentation skills are also a plus (to keep available works up-to-date, documenting new works, shooting some live footage for social media and archives)
Big PLUS:
*3D scanning, 3D software, design, working with meshes , working with generative architecture
*Math, Physics, Chemistry knowledge
I'm looking someone with project manager, leadership skills to take on a project and own it to allow me to continue creating new work and exploring new ideas.
