Purpose of the role:
Support the SVP, North America Corporate Sales in managing strategic partnerships with document delivery suppliers, publishing partners, rights re-sale organizations and CAPCAS business. Estimated revenue supported of $30M. This is an office based role located in Dayton, OH.
Your responsibilities:
• Support the negotiation process with document delivery suppliers, publishing partners and rights re-sale organizations
• Prepare and/or draft correspondence, presentations both internal and external facing regarding these companies. Conduct required analyses for client interactions
• Act a liaison between internal and external customers to provide superior service. Manage customer day-to-day regarding training, support, and customer service
• Work with account support and legal in preparation of licenses and agreements
• Collaborate with finance & sales to create financial forecasts
• Conduct analyses and monitor usage to evaluate and develop strategies to increase value.
• Organize and coordinate meetings with the clients.
◦ Attend meetings as part of the customer service support and negotiations
• Act as a liaison between the clients and SVP
• Administer or coordinate special projects as assigned
Our Requirements:
• BS/BA preferred or related work experience
• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Experience/knowledge of the Scientific, Medical, Technical information industry highly preferred
• Sales, customer service and/or operations experience within corporate/commercial markets preferred
• Excellent organizational and administration skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel (10% approximate)
