Everyday Health Consumer division is seeking a Client Success Manager and champion who will be responsible for driving and overseeing the execution of advertiser campaigns. You will be responsible for managing specific brands and recommend business and marketing strategies to achieve marketing and sales objectives. This will include strategizing solutions, promotions, advertising/media, pricing, social, packaging and more in a highly-collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the brand strategy is communicated, understood and implemented by all cross-functional groups, and work across all teams to execute against brand key performance indicators
• Ensure editorial, technology, product, design, marketing strategy, finance and sales are aligned on the cost, timing, and overall program execution so that we deliver client KPIs on time and on budget
• Effectively develop detailed project schedules that outline project tasks and activity dependencies.
• Communicate development progress and program outcomes to clients, in coordination with marketing strategy and sales, to ensure client success and satisfaction
• Proactively keep senior management, sales, and clients thoroughly advised of status on all components of current projects. Provide weekly status to all parties.
• Be the subject matter expert for all aspects and operations of your brand– know the end to end flow, how the business rules are executed and ensuring that we are staying true to goals and KPI’s
• Reconcile billing and delivery on a monthly basis with finance
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure on time pacing and delivery for all campaigns.
• Prepare all client reporting, including overall status, delivery against KPI’s and next steps
Knowledge & Skills Required
• 3+ years relevant work experience in marketing or account management
• Skillfully balance the management of multiple projects simultaneously, exhibiting good judgment in how projects are prioritized.
• Ability to lead effective kick-off and status meetings with team on a continual basis.
• Develop plans for each project and ensure accuracy of work.
• Excellent client relationship skills, strong verbal/written communication skills. Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work independently, think creatively, evaluate usage data, and multitask.
• Solid analytical ability and the ability to prioritize tasks are required.
• Dynamic, results-oriented, organized and detail-driven.
• Ability to work in fast paced, creative environment and manage multiple projects of varying degree of complexity simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate timelines, milestones, processes and results/KPIs, for a variety of client programs
• Exceptional at influencing and partnering with others, and delivering solutions in a highly complex, and always changing environment.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
• Proven problem-solving, strategic thinking and technical skills
