WWE is seeking an enthusiastic Video Asset Assistant to support WWE’s Advanced Media Group. This person will be responsible for preparing and transferring video files for WWE Network and other digital platforms, ensuring precise specifications are met. In addition, this position will gain hands-on experience in basic production of digital video content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create short-form highlight clips for publishing on WWE Network and other digital platforms
• Deliver video asset files to specifications for archival processing
• Track daily progress in spreadsheets and other project documents
• Communicate and coordinate across groups, including video production and media asset management team
• Keep current with WWE programming storylines, talent, brands and products
• Understand WWE’s content rules and uphold these guidelines for future video publication
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of related experience in video post-production
• 1+ years of editing experience with applications such as Avid
• Knowledge of Media Asset Management (MAM) Tools such as Interplay
• Capability handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivation and a problem solving capabilities
• Extensive knowledge about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent, and storylines, strongly preferred
• Familiarity with video management systems, a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
