Position Overview
Canon USA is currently seeking a Sr. Business Applications Analyst to provide support for the BISG Business Process Planning Department. You will be responsible for the project managagement and applications support for BISG, our B2B copier division.

Responsibilities
• Act as liaison between business users and technical support in the daily support of Canon applications.
• Work closely with business users to understand business process and requirements. Translate business needs into process improvement and technical enhancements.
• Document functional requirements.
• Triage and resolve system issues.
• Create and perform user acceptance testing of all system defects and enhancements.
• Review technical documents to ensure cross application integrity is considered.
• Ensure all documentation standards are followed for their Business Areas.
• Assist in the development of training materials.
• Provide operations support to the business users.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science is required, preferably in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 5 Yrs+ of relevant experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience across the entire standard development life-cycle
• Experience writing functional/business requirements and preparing functional designs
