Job Summary
The TiVo Sales team is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will manage a team that will uncover new sales opportunities within Analytics & Advertising accounts. This person must be focused to drive increased revenue growth of TiVo Analytics and Advertising solutions.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• The Inside Sales Manager will identify prospects who would be buyers of the Targeted Audience Delivery products to secure meetings and provide sales support throughout the process.
• They will manage SFDC inputs and outputs such as CLMs, NDAs as well as engage with the sales and marketing team to execute communication strategies to prospects on regular/consistent basis e.g. email marketing and communication.
• Support Client Directors with internal customer requests and work closely with internal business groups; marketing, operations, product, legal, accounting when needed.
• Able to understand a complex and evolving platform, yet also able to translate it into simple terms for prospects and clients.
• Excellent organization and presentation skills, strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel Word, and Salesforce
• Thrives in entrepreneurial, high growth environments
Experience & Skills
• Required to have a background in the TV and Digital media space where our prospective clients reside
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, sales, or a technical discipline
• 5+ years of solution sales experience in software, high-tech products, and services
• Account management and/or data analysis experience is a plus
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.com
• Database management software and mining skills are a plus
• Industry familiarity of Analytics solutions and TV Data is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to identify urgency and act upon it
