Inside Sales Account Manager
Job Summary
The TiVo Sales team is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to join our NAM Sales team. In this role, you will balance your time between renewing existing deals with existing accounts, upselling these accounts with new TiVo product offerings, and uncovering new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual quotas through the successful renewal and upsell of existing accounts and the conversion of inbound leads into new customers
• Devising a plan to consistently renew on-time and on-budget existing accounts, in collaboration with legal, sales ops, finance, and customer success teams.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements, and building strategic business relationships
• Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through cultivating customer relationships, inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
• Executing online product demos and clearly articulating the value add of TiVo’s products and solutions
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast through Salesforce.com
Experience & Skills
• 2-4 years of prior experience driving and managing inside sales, preferably in a B2B or B2B2C SaaS or subscription environment.
• Consistent and proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
• Excellent organization and written + verbal communication skills
• High level of business acumen with well-polished strategic, relationship, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn how to articulate the value proposition of new products and technologies
• Thrives in entrepreneurial, high growth environments
• Extraordinary self-motivation
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce
• Silicon Valley-based
