Pop is seeking a Sales Planner to join their team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare sales proposals (RFPs) and client presentations
• Track delivery and steward campaigns
• Reserve inventory through management system
• Send client reports post campaign
• Review weekly billing reports
• Analyze competitive data
• Identify and develop potential opportunities for new business
• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience at an ad agency or network/studio ad sales department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in media math
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships internally and externally
