You will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources responsible for supporting all Product and Engineering teams across Autodesk.

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who thrives on providing people-centric solutions to solve business challenges. You are a strategic advisor; as such, you are prepared to counsel on everything from strategic organizational design, workforce planning, to change leadership during times of transition. You have a passion for building relationships and understand the complex challenges senior executives face in a dynamic, changing business environment. You are an HR subject matter expert and are a master at defining programs, implementing strategic policies, and choosing evaluation criteria to measure your results against the goals of the HR team and the larger Autodesk business. In this role, you will be driving the people strategy for our Cloud Platform organization spanning over 1000 employees globally.

Minimum Qualifications
• Strong HR background (organization development, employee relations, compensation, management development and coaching), minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience
• Master at coaching. Good influencing skills and the ability to assert an “unpopular” opinion when necessary
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to diagnose the systemic issues and look at holistic solutions
• Experience advising and counseling managers on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incent behavior, and help managers drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams
• Ability to collaborate, contribute and thrive within a fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to navigate through ambiguity and constant change
• Must be able to work across in a matrix organization
• Strong project and process management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in organizations of high growth and global complexity
• HR experience supporting engineering teams required. Experience with high tech industry strongly preferred
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
• B.S./B.A or equivalent. in HR, business or related field. MBA and/or PHR/SPHR preferred
