Curtis 1000 is seeking a Supervisor Customer Service that will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that customers and the Curtis 1000 sales force are satisfied. Responsibilities include motivating, coaching, developing, training, problem solving, job planning and execution of all assigned projects.
Shift Available
• M-F 8-5pm
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide daily direction to Customer Service Team so that all jobs are produced on-time and accurately through all operational and administrative channels.
• Establish and enforce the use of standardized project management tools among all members of Customer Service group and monitor projects to ensure that all scheduled actions are taking place as expected. This will include the use of SalesForceDotCom.
• Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member. Measure the success of the team through existing company metrics.
• Work with customer service leadership from all Curtis 1000 locations to ensure best practices are established, standardized and followed across the customer service team.
• Lead efforts in Lean/Continuous Improvement and 5S to drive improvements in operational efficiency and reduce non-value-added time (waste) within our workflow.
• Assist in development of employee goals to ensure alignment with company objectives. Write and administer performance reviews.
• Create and maintain high quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest.
• Provide support for all efforts of the Customer Service team members related to customer and Sales Representative communications.
• Set the standard for developing appropriate and effective working relationships with the Sales Representatives, Account Managers and customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
• The minimum education required for this position is a high school degree or GED (general education degree) and 3 – 5 years of related experience. A Bachelors’ Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of previous supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team along with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong Project Management skills including the ability to effectively support crisis situations.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate information one-on-one and in small or large group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to provide and support a vision and direction.
• Excellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use experience and independent judgment to handle unique and sometimes complex situations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
