Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate details of marketing projects and campaigns in various channels (direct mail, emails, social media, blog articles, brochures, etc.)
• Maintain up-to-date product information and content on website
• Assist with webinar production, including pre- and post-webinar activities (pulling email/lead lists, maintaining attendance statistics, managing email sends, etc.)
• Support Telemarketing efforts
◦ Run and maintain campaign reports and dashboard views
◦ Assist in the creation of product sales flyers, brochures, emails and letters for the sales teams
◦ Research leads to find best contacts at target companies
• Track marketing projects using online workflow tool (Teamwork)
• Run campaign performance reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related subject
• Some experience in a marketing-related internship or professional position preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (or comparable desktop tools)
• Strong organizational skills and a consistently high standard of work
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to develop relationships across departments
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities when necessary
• Ability to work as part of a team and desire to stretch boundaries and personal growth
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills (including spelling and grammar)
