OPPORTUNITY:
The Sales Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to think strategically and develop key processes, procedures and communications that facilitate operational planning and execution. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, excellent communication skills, compelling presentations and comprehensive business review materials that span all the various functions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support all teams touching Salesforce within the Advertising org with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
• Develop proactive analyses, rooted in Salesforce data, that provide actionable insights, to stakeholders on the demand side of our business
• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests, and provide day to day support from users in the Ads organization
• Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and interpret the data to aid in strategic decision making
• Create dashboards and reports from scratch, as well as refine and update existing reports
• Support processes and initiatives in Salesforce
• Contributes to the development of best practices for company
• Proactively identifies and builds process improvements
• Interfaces with business, finance & sales leads, as well as the Salesforce development team and IT teams to aid in all sales operations activities
• Work with sales/support teams to understand their workflows and how to best integrate salesforce
• Work with iHeartMedia’s Salesforce development team to define development requirements, confirm successful implementation and ensure timely delivery

QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Preferred: Experience with SFDC
• Preferred: Experience supporting several functional organizations; knowledge and understanding of key metrics driving a sales environment
• Familiarity with advertising and sales terminology and metrics
• A passion for learning
EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years in operations, strategy, finance or similar type-role preferred, but not required
EDUCATION
• Minimum of 4-year college degree
