JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox News Channel’s Advertising & Promotions department is seeking a motivated Associate Producer to join our New York Bureau. As the Associate Producer you are a highly creative and visual individual with the ability to generate ideas in a fast-paced and deadline oriented breaking news environment. Your “can-do” attitude and ability to collaborate with a team will allow you to excel in this role.
You may be assigned one of the following shifts:
Monday – Friday or Wednesday – Sunday 10:00AM - 6:00PM or 12:00PM - 8:00PM
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Write and produce high quality news and programming promos
• Work with senior producers and editors to create POPs, Image spots/Campaigns
• Work with various departments within the company on internal projects
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2-4 years’ experience writing/producing
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of current events
• Willingness and flexibility to work late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
