Job Summary
The Recruiter II is responsible for full recruitment process. Works closely with hiring managers to refine, grow, and follow strategies that provide a qualified candidate pool. Candidate generation is done primarily through direct sourcing and research. They schedule candidate interviews, recruiting events and participate in onboarding sessions. The Recruiter II also creates new candidate sourcing strategies using knowledge of similar fields and strategies in other marketplaces.
Job Description
• Develops candidate interest for available positions
• Develops a network of referrals
• Schedules candidate interviews, organizes recruitment events.
• Interacts with HRBPs for candidate interview feedback, requisition requests revision, and timeline setting.
• Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
• Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates
• Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client focal as assigned
• Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates
• Performs other administrative tasks as needed
• Keeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• Minimum 2 - 4 years related experience
Preferred:
• Master's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
• Minimum 1-2 years related experience
