Job Title
Marketing Coordinator - Better Homes & Gardens
The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a “catch all” for the entire marketing department. They will ensure the department is running as it should and will be responsible for duties including, budget management, support on event execution, management of in-book and online promotion pages as well as supporting the AP of Mktg as needed.

Write Added value and marketing ideas for RFP's

Execute added value and merchandising programs, including sweepstakes fulfillment, custom, and multi-sponsored events, and advertorials as needed

Executive in-book and online promotion pages

Assist in the execution of events, such as sales meetings, trade shows and client entertaining events

Assist in updating and proofing media kit sheets and presentations; and creating issue letters, advertiser-specific presentations or sell sheets upon request.

Process, marketing invoices, track promotion event materials, travel to work events as needed
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years publishing-related experience
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with many individuals internally as well as externally.
Computer proficiency; proficiency with PowerPoint.
